Timothy Lara, a member of West Park will have
his first book published and is now available at Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com The name of the book is "Born
of God". A work of fiction that takes place, where else ...West Texas. Let us pray for Tim and this work.
We pray for success and that the Lord will use this work to Glorify Jesus and that Tim will continue to be used by God.

This month of October brought a blessing to
the church. The Westfall Family, Heath, Lora, Nikolas and Morgana joined by letter from FBC Porter, Texas. We welcome
them in the love of Christ. Heath is the Band Director of Pecos High School and Lora also works for the school.

On a sad note, one of our dear members, Peggy McCracken went to be with the
Lord on Thursday, Oct. 29th. She had been battling cancer for some time. Peggy never let this illness get her down. She continued
to rejoice in the Lord and told us all how she looked forward to be with Jesus. Well She is now in the arms of our Dear
Lord. Enjoy Peggy! We pray for her family and all her friends in Pecos and all over. She will
be missed.
